(WXYZ) — Both directions of I-75 will be closed between I-696 and Square Lake Road this weekend for road construction.
The closed will last from 11:00 p.m. Friday until 5:00 a.m. Monday.
During the closure crews will demolish the Dallas Avenue overpass and repairing pavement sections in the closed section.
MDOT sayt he detour for the closure is Woodward Avenue.
