Problem: You spend too much time checking your social media, consequently neglecting your job duties.
Solution: Don't allow yourself to login while you're on the clock, especially if you're breaking workplace policy. Instead, wait until you get a break to check your account(s).
Problem: You constantly check your email.
Solution: Pick a handful of specific times to check your inbox and don't diverge from that schedule.
Problem: You're not getting seven to nine hours of sleep per night.
Solution: Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends. Sticking to a sleep schedule will help you get the shuteye you need.
Problem: You're not eating properly.
Solution: Make it a point to always eat breakfast and never skip a meal.
Tip: Do yourself a favor and opt for more high-protein snacks and less products that contain a lot of sugar.
