What if you could have something new to wear to work every single week, without having to set foot in a store or even purchase the garments at all?

Now new companies are making it easier than ever, by allowing consumers to rent a work wardrobe; getting new clothes the same way you might get a Netflix DVD.

"I'll go into my closet and find things that I've worn six or seven or eight times before and I'm tired of those same clothes that I wear," says attorney Meredith Nikkel. It's important for her to look polished and poised when on the job.

Nikkel decided to try something new, a subscription service called Le Tote which sends work clothes and accessories direct to her door, for her to borrow and return.

"She can wear everything as long as she wants then easily sends it back in a pre-paid envelope and gets her next tote days later," says Lauren Miller, the Vice President of Marketing for Le Tote.

Le Tote is one of a handful of online companies now offering to help you refresh your wardrobe or try out new fashion trends without the long term commitment or hefty price tag. Items are either chosen by the consumer or picked by the company's stylist, based on your personal tastes and body type.

Lindsay Miller, editorial director at Pop Sugar says the services are especially attractive to millennials looking to save money.

"Women really want to look polished and professional and fashion forward; but we also know that among millennials they really like to spend their money on experiences versus stuff. So I think that's a huge factor," says Miller. For some she says convenience is key; getting new clothes without spending the time to shop. For others, it's like having a personal stylist on call.

"If you're not really into fashion or you just don't have time to figure out what works for you a lot of these companies will take into consideration your body type and your likes and dislikes," says Miller. "And to have pieces delivered to their door that they can wear, that they love, that they don't have to take to the laundry...it's the perfect solution for the busy professional."

As for Nikkel, she says she loves her new looks and gets a lot of compliments.

These services range in price from around $50 to $200 for unlimited monthly subscriptions. Some specialize in plus size clothing while others offer maternity subscriptions for "mom's to be" who don't want to invest in clothes they will only wear a few months.
