Open Positions:
* Home Health Aides (HHAs)
o Job requirements
* 6 months direct patient care experience with a facility or agency within the last 3 years.
* Current license/certification (if applicable).
* Valid driver’s license and current insurance.
* Must have reliable transportation.
* Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
o Job requirements
* 6 months direct patient care experience with a facility or agency within the last 3 years.
* Current license/certification (if applicable).
* Valid driver’s license and current insurance.
* Must have reliable transportation.
* RN Nurse Care Coordinators Per Diem
o Job requirements
* Registered Nurse with current licensure though the State of Michigan.
* At least 3 years of acute direct patient care experience within the past 5 years.
* Previous supervisory experience in home care and/or hospice is preferred.
* Experience with venipuncture, intravenous therapy, wound care, closed head injuries, spinal cord injuries, vent, etc.
* Demonstrated skills in administrative and management performance, including expertise in written/oral communication, patient assessment, and documentation.
* Must be flexible and willing to travel with reliable transportation.
