ANIMAL CONTROL/CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER
The Charter Township of Redford Employees’ Civil Service Commission is accepting applications for the position of ANIMAL CONTROL/ORDINANCE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.
SALARY: Starting, $18.62/hr – Maximum, $23.27/hr, plus excellent partial paid benefits including health insurance, pension, vacation, sick leave, and 13 holidays.
AMONG THE REQUIREMENTS: Graduation from high school or possess a G.E.D. Certificate. Three years experience with the protection, capturing, and handling of animals. Must be a qualified animal control officer pursuant to MCL 287.289c and ACT 399, P.A. 1919 SEC. 298. Must be familiar with local ordinances and state statutes governing animals
