Clinton Township police are investigating a fatal car-pedestrian accident this morning.
Police say one man was killed and another man was injured after they were both struck by a Ram pickup truck while crossing Gratiot.
The accident happened around 6 a.m.
We're told the injured victim is currently in surgery.
The driver of the vehicle stopped at the scene.
Gratiot is currently closed for one block near Capital Blvd.
