Sterling Heights police say a man was killed in a crash early Tuesday morning.
Police say the accident happened around 12:45 a.m. on Ryan Road.
Ryan between Metropolitan Parkway and 17 Mile Road was closed for several hours while police were on the scene. The road has since reopened.
We're told the man who died was a passenger in one of the vehicles involved. Two other people suffered minor injuries.
Police say they have one person in custody and believe the accident was alcohol-related.
