DETROIT (WXYZ) — Detroit police are investigating three separate shooting incidents where one person was killed.
The fatal shooting happened around 8:20 p.m. on June 6 in the 5200 block of Lakeview in Detroit. One man was shot and injured, while another man died from gunshot wounds.
The two victims were inside a silver 2005 Ford Taurus when unknown suspects fired shots into the car, hitting both victims. A 27-year-old died from his wounds. The other victim was taken to a local hospital and is in temporary serious condition.

Police are also investigating two non-fatal shootings in the city. The shootings happened just after midnight.
A 39-year-old woman was delivering food in the 19100 block of Runyon when she heard shots and felt pain. She was grazed by a bullet, police say, and is in temporary serious condition at a local hospital.
Another non-fatal shooting happened in the 8600 block of Southfield, where a 27-year-old man was approached by a suspect attempting to rob him. The victim was struck in the stomach when the alleged robber produced a gun. The victim, who is a CPL holder, also returned fire. It's unclear if the suspect was hit.
The victim is now listed in stable condition.
