Lincoln Park police say they have one person in custody after a man was shot in the hand on Monday morning.
Police say the victim ran to a nearby gas station after being shot by someone who was staying inside his home in the 900 block of Moran around 5:40 a.m.
The victim, a 34-year-old man, is now recovering at the hospital.
Police found the 36-year-old shooting suspect still at the home a short time later and took him into custody.
A warrant request will soon be sent to the prosecutor's office.
