Police are investigating after a 1-year-old was found unresponsive Saturday afternoon inside a home in Warren.
It happened at about 2:30 p.m. on the 21000 block of Dexter Court, near Toepfer Road and Schoenherr Road.
Police are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident. The child's condition is unknown at this time.
