(WXYZ) — The suspect wanted for the fatal shooting at the Erebus Haunted House in Pontiac has been arrested.

Damon Parker Terrelle, 17, was booked into the Oakland County Jail around 5:09 a.m. Saturday. He remains in jail pending arraignment.

Police say the victim, a 29-year-old from Detroit, was with his girlfriend, and they had been waiting in line at the haunted house when Terrelle in line ahead of them wouldn't move. That led to an argument between the victim and Terrelle, and the he expressed he had thought the victim had cut in line in front of him, police said.
At one point the victim and Terrelle went to the parking lot separately. Witnesses then say they heard gunshots. The victim was hit in the side, neck and chest.
