ROSEVILLE, Mich. (WXYZ) — Police arrested a 19-year-old Troy resident who pointed a gun during an altercation in front Dooley's in Roseville early Halloween morning.
Roseville Police officers were conducting a parking lot and business check at Dooley's around 1 a.m. on Oct. 31 when they discovered a large crowd gathered in front of the business in what appeared to be an altercation.
As the officers approached closer, they saw the the 19-year-old pointing a black handgun at another person. Police say the 19-year-old ran off from the scene when he noticed the officers approaching.
He was arrested a short time later after a very brief foot pursuit, according to Roseville PD.
As all of this was happening, there were several other altercations happening in the same parking lot. Several neighboring jurisdictions helped to clear the parking lot. No other arrests were made.
No one was injured during this incident, police say.
The 19-year-old was also in possession of a stolen firearm. He remains in custody.
