DETROIT (WXYZ) — Police are investigating a fatal shooting of a young woman in Detroit Friday.
On July 3 around 7:20 p.m., a 19-year-old victim was a passenger in an Expedition in the area of Joy and Birwood when someone in a black SUV fired shots, striking the victim, police say.
According to police, the woman was fatally wounded.
