DETROIT (WXYZ) — Detroit police are investigating a triple shooting where one of the injured is an 8-month-old baby.
It happened around 4:00 p.m. on Hampshire St. on Detroit's east side.
Police say a man shot into a Honda with three people inside. In addition to the baby, a man, and a woman were also hit.
One of the adults is in critical condition. The other adult and the baby are in stable condition.
The suspect ran from the scene and police are currently searching the area.
Police are searching for a heavyset Black man in connection with the shooting. He was wearing a black shirt, white striped pants and some sort of wrap on his head.
They are also searching for a black Dodge Ram connected to the case.
