Detroit police are investigating after a woman was found murdered in a house on the city's east side.
Officers say they were dispatched to a home in the 14100 block of East State Fair for a domestic dispute Friday morning. When they arrived, they reportedly saw a large pool of blood on the floor and forced their way inside the home.
Police say they then discovered the body of a 20-year-old woman who had an apparent laceration. A 24-year-old suspect was arrested on the scene.
