The University of Michigan has found 28 students and one athletic staff member positive for COVID-19 since the school started testing at the end of June.
Out of 1,005 tests administered this summer between student-athletes, coaches and staff, there were a total of 29 total positive cases.
These figures span all student-athletes currently on campus: Football, Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, Volleyball, Field Hockey, Men's Soccer, Women's Soccer, Ice Hockey, Men's Gymnastics, Women's Gymnastics, Wrestling, Men's Swimming & Diving, Women's Swimming & Diving, Men's Track & Field, Women's Track & Field, Rowing, Baseball, Softball
The figures above are the culmination of COVID-19 testing that began at the end of June and include this week's nine positive cases.
