(WXYZ) — An Ontario resident was arrested after 30 bricks of suspected cocaine were seized at the Ambassador Bridge.
Authorities say that on Dec. 15, a man was driving a tractor trailer and was referred for a secondary inspection at Ambassador Bridge operations in Windsor.
During the inspection, officers discovered the packages, weighing an approximate total of 40 kilograms.
Manjinder Gill, 44, was arrested and charged with:
- Importation of a controlled substance
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking
