5 shot during dispute at Lansing apartment complex

LANSING (WXYZ) — Police in Lansing are investigating the shooting of five people an an apartment complex early Sunday.

The shooting happened in the 4900 block of Dunckle Road around 3 a.m.

The victims were women ages 19, 21, 26, and two men, ages 23 and 30. Police found the three women at the scene, while, the two men were found away from the scene. All of the victims were treated for non-life threatening injuries. They're all in stable condition.

“This senseless act of violence will not be tolerated in our community and we will use all available assets, including our local, State and Federal partnerships, to hold those responsible accountable,”said Lansing Police Chief Daryl Green.
