(WXYZ) — Every Friday, we’re heading to a new neighborhood in metro Detroit for 7 In Your Neighborhood.

This week, we’re off to the Taylor Summer Festival at Heritage Park. 7's Carolyn Clifford will be broadcasting live from the festival starting at 5 p.m.

The annual summer festival runs Thursday, June 27 through Sunday, June 30, with fireworks lighting up the summer sky Saturday.

Musical lineups include Starship featuring Mickey Thomas and special guest Tony Lewis of The Outfield. Tickets for VIP seating are $35.

For more information on the downriver community’s largest festival, visit the Taylor Summer Festival Facebook Page.

While we’re in Taylor, we’re looking for all the good news. Starting at 6 a.m. we’ll take you to Roberto’s Bakery, a family-owned bake shop that has been in business for 60 years, best known for their Yum Yum doughnut.

Then, at 6 p.m. we’ll explore the Taylor Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. This hidden gem is open all year round, but especially beautiful in the summer.

We’ll introduce you to the new executive director and her vision for the gardens.

Stay with WXYZ-TV all day Friday as we report on all the positive happenings in Taylor.
