SOUTH LYON, Mich. (WXYZ) — A 70-year-old South Lyon man has been accused of possessing child pornography.
A police investigation began earlier this year when police became aware of the alleged possession. The execution of a search warrant at his South Lyon home led to his arrest.
Hal Jeffrey Wiessbock was taken into custody on Oct. 22 and has been arraigned on three counts of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material and one count of using a computer to commit a crime.
He also faces an enhanced sentence as a habitual second offender.
