This new yoga mat is like one giant slap bracelet from the 80s, and it’s gaining some traction online.
Creators of the YoYo Mat say it’s the world’s only self-rolling fitness and yoga mat.
It stays flat for your workout and then rolls up with a quick flip when you’re done.
The mats are reminiscent of the popular 80s slap bracelets—minus the crazy patterns.
With the top side facing up, users unroll it and then give it a click to lock the mat in place. When you’re done, as long as you flip the mat over, it will roll up by itself, according to the team.
The mats are dual layered and about 72 inches long.
The team is hoping to raise $50,000 to get them on the market. They’ve already raised more than half of that amount early on in the campaign.
Early backers can get a YoYo Mat for about $80. If you just like the idea, and don’t really want a mat, you can pledge $10 and get yourself a glow in the dark slap wristband.
