AAA Michigan is sending out a regional call for tow truck operators.
Several metro Detroit towing companies are seeking to hire additional roadside assistance technicians at an open house hosted by AAA on Thursday, Aug. 16 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
No prior experience is required. Attendees can learn the basics of roadside assistance and meet with company representatives to discuss employment opportunities in the towing field.
Candidates should bring copies of their resume and be prepared for an on-site interview.
AAA says candidates must have and maintain a clean driving/criminal record and pass a pre-employment drug test.
The open house will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel located at 5801 Southfield Freeway in Detroit.
