An Oakland County abortion doctor who was busted by police with drugs and human tissue in his car was hit with a civil suit on Friday.
The suit was filed by Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette against Dr. Michael Roth.
Roth has 30 days to reply and can request a hearing to keep his medical license.
