"He made a mistake," says Leonardo Tolin about his 32-year-old Leo Tolin who was arrested Wednesday after Detroit Police say he used one of his moving trucks to illegally dump a box of garbage on a city street.

Leo Tolin owns Price is Right Movers and he spent Wednesday night in jail after he was arrested for littering. His moving van was also seized.

Tolin is just one of several people arrested as a result of the City of Detroit's new hidden cameras that target illegal dumpers.
