The former Kalamazoo Uber driver charged with shooting and killing six people is scheduled to appear in court today.
Jason Dalton faces murder charges after he admitted to shooting people in three separate locations in February.
In his last court appearance on May 20, Dalton had to be dragged out after an outburst while a victim was on the stand.
He has been found mentally competent to stand trial.
