(WXYZ) — Chris Pratt, who has starred in blockbuster movie franchises like "Guardians of the Galaxy" and "Jurassic World" showed Detroit's Wayne State University some love on Tuesday.
In a video posted to social media, Chris Pratt stands alongside WSU Psychology student Rachel Zelenak and says, "Hi, I'm Chris Pratt. I love Wayne State University."
In the video he holds up "Siggy," a Sigmund Freud doll that's the psychology department's unofficial mascot.
Although the video caused some confusion as to whether Pratt was on the Midtown campus, Zelenak said she actually met Pratt while at a Ronald McDonald House in New York. In a series of tweets, she said she was in treatment for a tumor and met him while undergoing chemotherapy.
Wayne State appreciated the love and reciprocated:
So this just happened...O. M. G. 💚💛 We love you too @prattprattpratt https://t.co/VNeMvWBsJm
