An AMBER Alert has been issued for a 2-year-old boy from Lansing Township.
The suspect is named Phoenix Washington and is a 26-year-old Black man, 5-feet-5, 160 pounds. He was driving a 2011 black Mazda 3 4-door with license plate EFM 6569.
Police say the victim is also named Phoenix Washington, who is a Black male.
According to police, the child was taken from his home by Washington on W. Michigan Ave. in Lansing Township.
