UPDATE: Greg Packard has been found safe and sound, according to Ann Arbor Police.

Ann Arbor police are seeking the public's help in locating a missing 68-year-old man with dementia who is not from the area.
According to a posting on the City of Ann Arbor Police Department Facebook page, the last pings from Greg Packard's cell phone were at 7th and Davis in Ann Arbor at 3:39 p.m. Packard went missing after leaving the area of Ferdon and Stadium at 2:30 p.m.
Police say Packard was last seen wearing a brown hat, grey wool coat, blue pants, and blue shoes. He is 6 feet tall and weighs 220 pounds.
