ANN ARBOR, Mich. (WXYZ) — UPDATE: Kennia Ruiz-Trejo has been found safe and healthy, according to the Ann Arbor Police Department.

The Ann Arbor Police Department is searching for a missing 14-year-old last seen on Feb. 5.
Kennia Ruiz-Trejo was last seen at Pioneer High School around 2:45 p.m., police say.
She is described as 5-feet 3-inches tall and 160 pounds.
