A major announcement regarding the future of Rep. John Conyers is coming Tuesday morning.

Conyers' attorney will deliver the decision around 10:15 a.m. on whether Conyers will resign or keep fighting allegations of sexual harassment brought by three women who worked for him.

On Monday, a crowd of 200 in Detroit showed support for the congressman, who was hospitalized last week for stress related health issues.

Sources tell 7 Action News the 88-year-old has been released from the hospital, but has been out of sight for several days.

Conyers, has admitted to paying a settlement to a former staffer but denies her sexual harassment allegations.

In an amended statement released to 7 Action News last week, Conyers said, "I expressly and vehemently denied the allegations made against me, and continue to do so.  My office resolved the allegations – with an express denial of liability – in order to save all involved from the rigors of protracted litigation."
