A pharmacist is recovering, after being attacked by an armed robber in Superior Township Thursday afternoon.
Dixboro Village Pharmacy was robbed, and the thief remains on the run.
Investigators say the robber walked inside, with a hoodie on, and attacked the pharmacist while he was stocking shelves. He was the only worker inside at the time.
We're told the man armed with a gun forced the pharmacist to open a safe and hand over the narcotics. They are trying to figure out if more than one person was involved in the crime.
The thief ran away from the store with drugs, but investigators don't know if he hopped into a getaway car.
The armed robber is described as a black man in his 20's, clean shaven, wearing a gray sweatshirt.
