ROYAL OAK, Mich. (WXYZ) — The Guild of Artists & Artisans has announced its plan to host their 2020 Spring Art fair amid the coronavirus outbreak.
Earlier this month, the Artist Guild canceled the art fair due to COVID-19. The event was to be held April 2-3 at the Royal Oak Farmers Market.
Now, on Friday, April 3, The Guild will host a "virtual art fair" starting at 11 a.m. via Zoom.
The virtual art fair will include:
- Interviews with artists,
- Tours of their studios
- Live musical performances, and
- The opportunity to purchase art directly from the artists
