There's a new warning this morning for students who attend Oakland University.

The Oakland University Police Department is searching for the man accused of assaulting a woman on campus.

It happened Monday around 6 p.m. in the P26 parking lot - near the woman's car.

University police say the suspect put his hands around the woman's waist and under her clothing. She loudly asked him to stop - and was able to leave.

The suspect is described as a black man in his 20s, around 5'10" with short hair, and a receding hair line.

The victim told police the suspect said he was from Africa and had a strong accent.

If you known anything regarding this incident, call university police.
