ATF offers $5K reward for information in arson at MDOC office in Macomb County

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, in conjunction with the Roseville Fire Department, have announced a reward of up to $5,000 for information about an arson in Macomb County.

ATF officials say the fire occurred on May 3, 2017, at the Michigan Department of Corrections office located at 12 Mile Road in Roseville.

Upon arrival, firefighters discovered smoke and flames on the southeast side of the building. An investigation determined the fire was intentionally set in the clerical area of the office, causing an estimated $1.3 million in damages.
