DETROIT (WXYZ) — The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children is asking for the public's help locating a 15-year-old girl who was last seen in Detroit on Sept. 20, 2018.
No details were provided regarding the last time Angel Baker was seen in Detroit, only that she's been missing for several months.
She's described as biracial, 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds.
