Car lovers rejoice! Autorama is in town this weekend and they opened the show with quite a bang.

A Dukes of Hazzard stunt drew hundreds of folks just to watch more than 10 seconds of heart stopping action.

Stunt Driver Raymond Kohn said, "A lot of people ask me it takes a lot of guts, you got to be really brave to do this. I always tell them I actually do it because I'm scared."

You can't blame the stunt driver! The car flew in the air and landed nearly 100 away.

He said, "I expected worse, I'm still alive."

While everyone is checking out the wreckage outside, inside you will find cars beautifully intact.

Autorama attracts car collectors, like David Dadd. David's car is a classic.

"The car is a 1948, Ford Angelia," he said.  "They were made in England and shipped over here. It's all steel car.

David came from Canada to show off the beauty. He says Detroit is the place to be for cars like this.

"The biggest shows in the world so it's pretty cool to be here."

Autorama is from Feb. 24 to 26.
