(WXYZ) — Bar Louie has filed for bankruptcy protection.
The restaurant has eight locations in metro Detroit, located in Royal Oak, Livonia, Dearborn, Clinton Township, Auburn Hills, Rochester, Novi and Ann Arbor.
All metro Detroit locations are scheduled to remain open, according to a PR spokeswoman for the company.
The company announced Monday that it filed for Chapter 11. It has more than 90 locations across the United States. There are five franchise locations in Michigan that are not impacted by closures. The only location in the state that is closing is in Flint.
