Good news for drivers in Oakland County. Big Beaver will reopen two weeks early.
The stretch between Woodward Ave. and Adams will be back open after 6 p.m. Tuesday.
The Commissioner for The Road Commission for Oakland County, Greg Jamian says, "Big Beaver Road is a major corridor connecting east and west Oakland County, including linking communities west of Woodward with many destinations in Troy."
The road has been closed since April 12.
