Movie theaters in the metro Detroit area are expecting big crowds for "Star Wars: The Last Jedi."
Hardcore fan and expert Jerome Harvile Jr. says he’s seen the movie twice already and plans to see it again opening weekend.
He’s been a fan since he was a kid and says his friends call him DJ Vader.
"I'm definitely an expert hardcore from the books. I knew the storyline to this movie, but for the people that read the books, they switch it up a little bit,” Harville says.
His entire bedroom that he shares with his wife is stacked with memorabilia and limited edition everything.
“She really didn't get the seriousness of it until I was like, 'I want to name my daughter his name.' We went back and forth her entire pregnancy,” he says.
“Ticket sales are awesome, if you haven't bought your ticket already, I encourage you to do so soon, otherwise you're not gonna see you this weekend,” says Emagine Chairman Paul Glantz.
