Shoppers at Twelve Oaks Mall are excited about Black Friday.
Joel Dennis and his wife Adrianne have been married for a year and say they shop every Black Friday.
“First tradition is Lions, go Lions, that's the first one, then Black Friday shopping. You have to map out the area and map out what time they open because it gets crazy,” Dennis says.
The newlyweds are expecting a baby boy in April.
“No longer golf clubs, now it's a playpen, so that's changed,” he says.
Their advice would be to get lots of sleep before heading out and bring snacks.
General manager Daniel Jones with the mall says parking gets crowded Thursday night. He wants to remind shoppers to have patience.
“There's plenty of parking for everybody, traffic circulates really well on those evenings. Pack a little bit of patience, be a good crowd and people will be having fun,” Jones says.
Valet parking is available for $5.00.
The mall opens Thursday at 6 p.m.
Santa's flight academy is open Friday through Christmas and is free for the family.
