Police are are on the scene after a body was discovered inside a burned out home on the west side of Detroit.
The discovery came after the home went up in flames.
It has been determined that this is a homicide after the man was found to have a gunshot wound to the head.
It happened on the 19000 block of Archdale Street.
A next door neighbor tried to help by calling 911 after seeing the flames.
The victim was reportedly a landlord.
