DETROIT (WXYZ) — The body of a man was found in the Detroit River Wednesday evening, police and fire officials said.
Detroit fire officials responded to the scene near W. Fort Street and the Ambassador Bridge around 7:45 p.m.
The body was recovered around 7:55 p.m. by a Detroit fire boat crew, according to officials.
Additional details weren’t immediately released, but police said they’re continuing to investigate.
