The Oakland County Water Resources commissioner has issued a Boil Water Alert for Oxford Township due to a water main break.
The water main break occurred in the area of Drahner and Newman Roads.
Customers are being asked to boil their water before consumption as a precaution. Oakland County workers are on the scene of the water main break.
