TROY, Mich. (WXYZ) — Buddy's Pizza announced its latest metro Detroit location in Troy will open Monday, Oct. 26 at 11 a.m.
The location at 987 Wilshire Dr. near Crooks and Big Beaver will have tables spaced out to accommodate social distancing and 50% capacity.
There will be room for 200 guests inside the 6,734-square-foot location plus an outdoor patio. The restaurant will have a retro feel with industrial materials, vintage photos, neon elements and more.
“We pride ourselves on honoring our Detroit heritage through everything we do at Buddy’s,” said Buddy’s Pizza CEO Burton Heiss. “We drew on our Detroit roots when designing this new restaurant, while still incorporating mid-century modern updates to give guests a familiar yet new and exciting feel when dining with us. We look forward to bringing families and friends together and becoming a staple in the Troy community.”
