All-clear given at Wayne State building after bomb threat called in

The all-clear has been given at Wayne State University's general lectures building after a bomb threat was called in earlier in the morning.

Police said the building was evacuated just after 9 a.m. at the intersection of Warren Ave. and Anthony Wayne Dr. in Midtown.

Crews searched the building but found nothing, giving the all clear.

Wayne State Police confirm the university received a bomb threat toward one of its buildings this morning.

The 'General Lectures' building has been evacuated. 

It's being searched right now, police say.
