Former Detroit City Council President Charles Pugh appeared in court Thursday morning for a motion hearing.
Pugh is charged with five counts of criminal sexual conduct. Prosecutors say he met a 14-year-old boy who visited Fox 2 News while Pugh was an anchor there in 2003.
He's accused of having a sexual relationship with the teen, which was described in detail at a court hearing in August.
The motion hearing was held to discuss what would be admissible in court during the trial.
A judge ruled that four witnesses will be allowed to testify.
