High winds caused around 9,000 downed power lines across metro Detroit on Wednesday. As crews work to repair traffic signals and downed lines, here's a look at some of the roads that have been affected:

OAKLAND - Giddings Rd closed between E Walton Blvd and Taylor Rd due to snapped power poles.
