The Chesterfield Township Police Department have a man in custody after reports of a peeping Tom on the 25900 block of Rose Street.
A driver reported that the man appeared to be exposing himself while looking into a home around 3:30 p.m. on Monday, June 19.
The witness took a photo of the man and yelled out to him.
The man reportedly walked away from the home. Chesterfield Township police officers responded to the area and could not locate the man. He was taken into custody Tuesday.
The blinds to the window were closed and there was no response from the homeowners.
The suspect is described as a stocky Hispanic male, 20 to 30-years-old, wearing an orange t-shirt and black and gray shorts.
