The City of Farmington Hills and Oakland County Health Department will provide free flu shots Nov. 1 to Medicare and Medicaid users.
The free flu shot clinic will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Costick Center located at 28600 Eleven Mile Road, between Middlebelt Road and Inkster Road.
Participants should bring a picture ID and a Medicare or Medicaid identification card. For those without a Medicare or Medicaid card, flu shots are $25. High dose flu shots will also be available for $43.
The clinic is walk-in only, with no residency requirement to participate.
