NOVI, Mich. (WXYZ) — Looking for work? Head over to Novi.
The City of Novi will host their annual job fair on March 13 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Novi Civic Center on West 10 Mile Road.
More than 40 businesses are expected to attend the fair, including retail, restaurant services, recruitment, technology, automotive suppliers and more, the city says. Businesses are looking to fill full-time, part-time and seasonal positions.
“Novi’s commercial landscape is an economic driver for the region,” said Victor Cardenas, Novi Assistant City Manager. “Having a significant concentration of prospective employers at one place at one time greatly benefits both job seekers and employers.”
There will also be workshops to help you get your résumé in order.
Job seekers can also take advantage of a pair of free résumé workshops for Job Fair registrants from 1:30-3:30pm on February 19 and 10-noon on March 5. There’s also an interview workshop being offered from 1:30-3:30pm on March 6.
